  No Communication at all. I received a a defective product. Emailed seller, returned the package through USPS. The packaged was returned due to the seller not sending the correct postage with the free return label. FINALLY, EBAY customer service had to step with BUYER PROTECTION. It took over a month with EBAY but at least sell they protect their buyers from sellers like this. Hopefully i am a one off but from my experience Never Again.
