It's World of Warcraft need I say more?
While it doesn't offer the most hardcore aspects of MMO's from games such as Everquest and Lineage 2, it does however, provide deep lore, excellent game programming, design, and plethora of things to do for every aspect. A jack of all trades.

Its Left 4 Dead 2 Need I say more?
The game/product is fine. Even if you don't have the tangible copies in your hand all one really needs is a steam acct and the customer can DL via steam.
