Won't really keep someone from stealing your bike
You can unscrew the nut that tightens against the fork. Not worth $20. Just buy the non-locking wheel mounts

Very functional
This is better than file racks that you attach to your wall. You can fold up your work and take it with you in a nice little package. Works great and is much cheaper than the metal or plastic holders
