It Didn't Play in My DVD Player

Although I hadn't seen Carlito's Way in 17 years (I love that classic), I couldn't play it in my DVD player. There was a notice that came with the DVD that said, "In order to take advantage of newly available features on your HD DVD disc, your player may need to be updated with the latest firmware updates. For additional information, please go to www.thelookandsoundofperfect.com. I went to that website (I triple checked the spelling) and it didn't pull up. Maybe the IT guys were doing maintenance on it, I don't know. Although my DVD player is 3 years old, it still should've played Carlito's Way. My DVD player don't need any updates. I guess I'll buy myself another Carlito's DVD and see if plays or not.

Great Sales Book!

Frank Bettger really went deep in explaining how he rose from a failure to a successful insurance salesman. Although the book was written in the late 40's, the tips and advice he offered will still work today with the sales professional who applies what he said. Again, great book and it's worth reading twice or more times.

Best Bond Film

Casino Royale is Daniel Craig's debut as James Bond. He did a pretty good job and this is his best bond film next to Skyfall. Casino Royale rocks!
