Definately worth $14
I agree with everyone else, the instructions are terrible. I recommend using the pictures on this listing along with the instructions to help. You'll figure it out in no time. I live in Houston and able to pickup 33 channels. All the main networks, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, WB to name a few. Not all 33 channels are in HD, though. Maybe about 10 including the main networks. I think about half of the channels are not in English, too. A few Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and other. Remember these are over-the-air free TV.
