I ship all smalls using USPS 1st Class Post or USPS Priority unless they are heavier than standard I will use Fedex. I ship all medium to large package using Fedex Home or Fedex Ground in US. I ship all International packages using Ebay's Global Shipping Program. All packages come with tracking. Shipping cost includes all packaging materials and shipping service label cost. Standard 2 Business day handling on all packages unless they require custom packaging or over-size.

If you have an issue please message me. I am the Business that sold the item to you not Ebay (outsourced to other Countries). I will resolve my own issues.
