  The packaging was damaged during transit which resulted in some items coming loose and damaging the pants. I contacted the seller to confirm that it wasn t shipped that way. I did confirm that it was the fault of the postal service. The doll itself and other items were fine. The seller was kind enough to refund a partial credit and to keep the doll as is. I would highly recommend purchasing again, based on the customer service alone.
