Good value. Solid construction. So-so looks.
The stand highlights function over form. It does the job, but isn't as pretty as an original unit. That said, I think that it's a great value for the cost. It didn't take me more than 15-20 minutes or so to assemble the stand and attach it to my TV. The construction is solid.
If elegance is more important than function, then this stand may not be for you. However, if your TV is in a room where visitors aren't likely to see it, then save a bunch of money and get this instead of the highly overpriced stands sold by the manufacturers.
