Second Dyson DC17 I have Purchased
This is my second purchase of the Dyson DC17. I bought my original DC17 when they first came out. I gave this Dyson to my daughter. My theory is if something works great why change?? In this case it was also cheaper because the newer models have come out. Prior to purchasing a Dyson I only bought canister vacuums. I was concerned that having an upright vacuum would be difficult to maneuver. The Dyson DC17 eliminated my concerns here! Hey, no more purchasing filter bags and being able to see how much dirt you are picking up is great. This model has a longer cord as well. The original DC17 one has already lasted longer than what I normally got out of a canister vacuum. Who knows, I might buy a third one some day.
