As shown and described. Great quality pens, in new condition, only minor issue which I think occurred in shipping was that the case was cracked. They are cheaper through this seller than many others so definitely worth buying here. They were packaged in the original packaging and had not been tampered with so I was happy that this set was brand new never used. And as I said, I think the damage is due to the uk postal service not the seller. Recommend you buy from here.

Item arrived new as described and same as photos. A very high quality pencil. Came packaged in the tin which I didn't expect as I've read online that a lot of retailers (including Kaweco themselves) now do not include them by default, which makes this an even more excellent product value-wise. Seller messaged to say they were waiting for stock. When I followed up with them a few weeks later, they claimed they had issued a refund, but that refund never actually arrived. Meanwhile, the 30-day refund period expired because the order had been marked as dispatched immediately after I placed it, and I didn't notice. I have since sent 3 more messages in 2 weeks, and received no response. So it seems they have taken my money and run. I strongly suggest you avoid this seller.
