  leaving positive because seller did the right thing & refunded, but, there was an issue. I'm vision impaired so I couldn't see the pics well on my phone. I had to go by the listing header & description. Which said "NEW & Sealed". In person the bubble was clearly ripped open & RESEALED with packing tape. Went back & it wasn't easy to see the way the flash was in the pictures provided. Seller said "the pictures described it." It SHOULD NOT have said "new & sealed" Was clearly not as described.
