Small, works EXACTLY as intended
They're smaller than you think. So they are more comfortable to sleep with than you think. I was skeptical because of the pre-loaded sounds and how they don't work as regular headphones. But I think Bose is trying to solve a very specific problem and they do just that. Totally blocks out snoring but maintains enough awareness for safety. The price also made me weary. Look for them refurbished. BUT even if you do pay the full price, if you sleep next to a chronic snorer or have other sounds that keep you from sleeping, it is well-worth it.
