Watch out for a bad transformer.....
My unit ended up having a bad transformer. It burnt out the spare bulb and this new one. Excess voltage or a short.
Wasted my money trying to fix a bad unit. Tossed it in the trash. Bulb was ok.

Good quality set with minor issues.
The track is a bit difficult to put together and comes apart when set up.
The cars are fast but Tyco 440 x2 cars seem to hold better.
The bridge piers seem to pop apart and not hold together.
Lots of neat curves and if you bought 4 more sets the things you could do in your front room.
Set price is fair at $285. + tax.
Over all I think AFX has a good product.
I’ll give the set 8.5 out of 10
My set arrived crushed by Fed-Ex but set inside was ok. Sadly the box is damaged.
