  A most bizarre and frustrating transaction. I paid for the item plus the listed Parcelforce 48 to my home address. The seller then decided to send the item to a parcel locker about a mile away from me. This presented an issue as it is a heavy item and I do not drive. The result is that I have had to pay for a taxi to go and collect an item that I paid to be delivered to me. The seller does not seem to understand the issue, congratulating himself for getting it closer to me than the post office!
