Great lens for a great choice
The lens is well constructed and came in prompt fashion. The images are largely sharp across the aperture range and corner to corner to my eye. A great wide lens that gets you a lovely bokeh wide open and gathers a great day of light.

Unbeatable image quality at this or twice the price
I *LOVE* this lens. The images it produces are amazingly sharp, great depth of field and lovel tht bohkeh. The images have that "it" factor. At this price, it's a literal steal!

Macro magnificence
This is literally in the top 5 sharpest lens on the Sony e Mount platform. The macro function is spectacular. The manual focus clutch process is quite intuitive and works well. I can highly recommend it.
