Packaging was really well done, with layers of protection from the outer box all the way to the watch itself. When I opened it, the watch looked brand new, no scratches or anything.   The 5 stars are for this SUPERB seller, the best of the best on Ebay. The transaction was frustrated by communication failures and bungling by the delivery courier and US customs and could not be completed, despite best efforts by Buyer and Seller to salvage the situation. Item was returned to Seller by the courier; Seller issued refund immediately. NO seller could have displayed more or better communication, helpful assistance, patience, and grace in any circumstances. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!
