Description didn't match OEM Box description resulting in return. Seller verbally abused me and threatened to only return half of the cost. While I had the part, I reconstructed the damaged box he sent the part in so it would present better for him when the next buyer received it. It was a simple problem. His unkind words were unwarranted. He contested return. Ebay found in my favor. Possibly had a bad day, but he never sent an apology. So that's his character. Could have left a negative.

sadly this buyer clearly wanted an a212 cw filter wheni advertised an a393c . based on his comments he wanted a 5000 dollar filter for th350 dollarfilteri sold him . i sent him the item in th photos and he knows it i was critical of him simply because the filter part mumb i advertised and sent was in the headin title indicating that he assumed he wouldreceivanother piece entirely . it appeared to me that buyerhdno abilityto read e6th grade english

The seller did not package the filter properly for shipment. The filter box was damaged and the filter slightly warped. I decided to keep the filter because I could still use it and it wasn’t worth the time and effort to return it. The sellers initial response was that he couldn’t do anything because he was only making a three dollar profit. Only after I told him that I was keeping it did he offer me a return. I would not purchase from this seller.

Local box pack and ship packaged it and it looked ok as more than one layer of corrugated was used . since the buyer claimed damage i offered to take the item back and pay the return shipping as well .
