Dead out of the Box

Unit came packaged well. Set the unit up per instructions. Set up handsets. Set up speedial. Plugged into phone jack and no dial tone. Was never able to get dialtone so I bought a different brand and set it up with with no problems. Turns out this unit was reconditioned so i assume it was not fixed properly before it came to me.
