Does NOT work.
0 of 1 found this helpful I followed the 14 step instructions to the letter. The guard DOES NOT mold to your teeth. So as soon as you open your mouth, it just lays on your bottom teeth. Other mouth guards mold to the top teeth and stay in place. I was hoping it would work, but it was a complete disappointment. The instructions state that you can follow all the steps a second time, to achieve a better fit. I did that with the same bad results. Do not waste your money.
