Days Like Smoke: A Minnesota Boyhood by Jon Hassler: Used

Need to read Jon's other books first, especially "Grand Opening"

Myself, having had the author as a professor in a small close-knit college in Minnesota, found it extremely interesting with it detailing his boyhood. I was surprised that characters and places were called by their actual names while Hassler always gave false names in hid writing. Almost felt a little betrayal toward Jon in publishing the book in this fashion. Vendor was excellent and book condition and shipping were excellent.
