Not easy to use.
I didn't notice that the extention wand is also the vacuum handle. It isn't a convenient design, and wish I had spent more for a vacuum with a dedicated tool.

Great Entertainment
Not a fan of either of the stars, but they're both great in Mr. Right. My new favorite movie. Watched nine times showing it to family and friends; everyone loves this movie!

Insufficient packaging; DOA
It's cheap plastic, but that's beside the point. If it had been packaged better, it probably would have survived USPS handling.
