Not a great piece of tech
It fits nice. It is clear and works well. Those are the pros. The cons are that you have to install two apps on your phone as opposed to other Bluetooth devices that just connect and work on their own. Also there is no power switch on it so once you remove it from the charger it starts draining. There is only 3 hours of talk time which opposed to other devices is pretty poor. Although Jabra claims 10 hours and that is true but the caveat to that is that you have to have the charging puck with you and place it in the charger once the initial charge wears down. So you have to take both pieces with you everywhere you go. If you're at home and can just place it on the charger after use that is fine. I would not recommend this purely on the charge and no on/off button.

Doesn't spin freely.
It doesn't spin freely. I have other Body Solid products and this is the worst piece by far. Never had problems with their product until now. The part that is supposed to spin locks up and stays in that position. The inside position is not angled enough in my opinion.
