ignore scratch resistance and use plastic,eggs can be a problem but better than any other pan that I have ever used
eggs will stick if pan is not cold when eggs is put in pan then turn on heat,best to use oil and turn up heat cook as normal. oil-less cooking requires a lower temperature and longer cooking time to not stick easy to cleanup with paper towel and baking, even easier to cleanup with oil I use metal tongs for cooking bacon and plastic for everything else If you think you can cook oil-less as you normally cook then do not buy this set, it is not for you but you can cook oil-less if you are willing to learn a new way of cooking and these pans make it easier. I liked it so much I bought the 10pc set to try out the sauce pans.

very nice set of tires seems to have good manuverablity and tracktion I would recomend for the price
