3 ingredients for spiritual success
A good book to read with a friend or small group. Each chapter lends to discussion (prompts in hte back of the book) and promotes growth through the three-part formula of AWAKENING to your reality, being HONEST about what is and isn't possible, and taking ACTION to improve. Each step must be taken for growth to occur but Kyle walks through the method making is sound simple. I think everyone knows at some point this simple three-ingredient recipe will be challenging. It will also be rewarding.

Quick read. Good format with easy to read chapters and study guide in the back to help the ideas stick.

Bought it for who?
I wanted to give my girls something that might actually stimulate the brain while they played their DS. I play more than they do.
It's one of those challenging simple games that you just have to try to do better at. A series of math, memory & time games that could be addictive.
Not sure about the "science" of making my brain younger but it's a blast to try. :-)
