Scooter Will Suddenly Stop

The scooter was packaged well (it’s heavy!) and arrived in great cosmetic condition. Unfortunately, we found that the scooter will suddenly stop when accelerating on different modes. I can’t decide if the amount we paid is still a good deal because we’ve been using it way less than a month and there’s issues. Been looking around for fixes in case it’s just a bug with the scooter model. Be careful if you’re considering the purchase. If the scooter worked normally, it’d be fantastic.
