  Item appears high quality. Shipping issues did occur but were likely an innocent situation on the seller's part. The package was deemed a "letter" by the USPS and they advised me there was postage due on my end. The seller sorted it out on their end. This appears to be a one-off situation but is the reason I couldn't rate the shipping parameters as 5 out of 5. This should not limit anyone's future dealings with this eBay seller. I am simply documenting my reasons for the ratings I gave.

  These grommets are critical to ensuring that a level three combo charging plug makes contact with your Chevy Bolt receptacle. Grommets can be dislodged easily enough, a poor Chevy design and impossible to buy separately from Chevy. These parts showed up on a forum, addressing the problem and I chose to order them. They came quickly enough, packed perfectly. I ordered extras to make sure. They snap into place with some resistance. Hopefully they stay in better than OEM. Happy with purchase.

  Item is just as described. Nice to have in the car "just in case" or to "help out a fellow EV owner" who may be stranded at a DCFC site. Either way, I don't need them right now. But better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them! Only one small negative in a giant sea of positive! The shipping and handling cost is steep!
