  I can't say enough about Toby (the seller). We had tons of problems with shipping - It took forever... It even looked like the ice axe had been lost at one point. None of that was Toby's fault. He pounded on the postal folks. He went way above and beyond - Eventually refunding my money, so he could try another strategy. Well, it finally worked. I've got a beautiful vintage ice axe and Toby has his well deserved money. 10 stars for Toby! Toby, if your'e ever on Maui, I owe you a dinner, bud!
