Excellent 45deg eccentric flaring tool

This 45deg eccentric flaring tool is usually found at Home Depot (Husky brand). Judging by the reviews, many think they have a broken tool because the flaring cone is not centered when making the flares. *This is by design*. It rolls around the center point (hence eccentric, as opposed to concentric) to create the flare. It works really well. The first flare I made for a 3/8" furnace oil line was a breeze and was absolutely pristine. Once it reaches the point where the flare is done, it ratchets out and prevents you from overdoing it. It's bigger than you'd think from the pictures, and tight spaces might make it difficult to maneuver, but that's a small detraction from an overall fantastic tool. Highly recommended.
