Dyson Official Outlet - Ball Multi Floor 2 upright vacuum - 2 YEAR WARRANTY
Apr 14, 2018
THIS THING SUCKS! Literally....
I've owned kirby's, filter queens etc. Some high end vacuums over the years and about 8 years ago I bought my first dyson. It was a very compatible unit compared to the other makes I've mentioned at half the cost without the bags or messy filters. I recently dropped my dyson from quite a height and broke the main body by accident, but it was still functioning perfectly up until then. So rather that fix it, I decided to buy a new one and was amazed at how much the suction has improved. This new model feels like it almost sticks to the floor due to the high suction. And when it comes to carpet the automatic adjustment is flawless. I have several rugs with 2-3" frill and not once have these frill ends gotten caught up in the spinning head. I just cruise right over like nothing. All the other spinning heads in the past have caught up or tangled in the frill, once causing damage. The only draw backs I have is the plastics used aren't as stiff or rigid as I'd like. The handle tends to torque somewhat if I go too hard at it. So I'm little more gentle when turning sharp corners. And the tools don't feel as sturdy as I'd like, but they work well. Definitely reccomend.
