  For unknown reason, seller can get upset when returning a sold item that does not match its description. For example, seller wrongly accused buyer of lying and not returning the same purchased item. Seller even asked ebay customer service to review the case which eventually ruled in buyer's favor. A refund was issued. Otherwise, great ebay seller most of the time.
