A good Snap-on part
As expected, a good quality Snap-on wrench in good condition- needed to fill the gap in my existing set.

Open box = used, worn, broken, missing parts
I thought I’d save some money by buying “open box” but what I got was clearly used, worn, broken, and missing parts. The cutter appears to be new, but the mandrel is not (see photo). The center drill bit was missing, as was the spring-loaded bearing that holds it in. The spring itself was ajar which prevented any saw cup from being loaded. I fixed it, so I kept it, but it wasn’t worth the extra time, effort and parts.
