Good, But Need Win 10 Patch

I bought this product so I could transfer some old 8mm tapes to digital. I will say this at the outset: it works beautifully for this. I ran an old Samsung camcorder into the dazzle and then into my laptop. I had problems at first because Windows 10 did not recognize the driver, so I went to pinnacle's website and found a patch. Once that downloaded, the software worked. The only remaining problem for me (it may not be for you) is that the studio software that comes with the CD doesn't offer a while lot of "save as" options. I wanted MP4s, so I worked around this problem by saving them as a Studio movie and then importing them into Pinnacle Studio 18, which, thank goodness, I already owned. All in all, very happy.
