We had to return this item within eBay’s guidelines and the seller sent a very nasty and unprofessional message angry that we had to return the item. There was no need to be unprofessional. It took a long time to receive the item and it was not packed very well (in an envelope box not protected).

No True, this buyer did not take time to even check the model # to see if was the right camera. Hi words "he purchased it because it looked like the right one" Then got mad because ebay did not give him a full refund. Furthermore he is lying about the shipping tracking shows shipped in 2 days. This is simply a personal attack and has nothing to do with product that I was selling. I've asked ebay to remove his comment but so far I can't get to anyone with half a brain. Shame on him and ebay!
