Thin, flexible. Used it to mod some humbuckers for series/parallel/single pickup selection.

Good starting kit
I mostly use the leveling plate on classical guitar and ukulele. For radiused fingerboards I prefer radius blocks.
The diamond fret crowning tool is great!
The aluminium fret rocker not so much, because aluminium is very unstable thermally. If you're just starting out it's ok. I would recommend paying a bit more for stainless steel tools after getting down the basics and when you really want to get serious into guitar building.
