The blades are fine but the anvil could be better made.

The anvil was probably created in a 3D printer. The hole that takes the locking screw was too small - I had to drill it out to make it fit. The anvil doesn't fit perfectly parallel to the blade (off by about 2mm at the front end, which means that the handi-cut won't close fully and enable an easy cut, without applying significant pressure to the grips). I'd rate the kit with 3 stars out of 5.
