The SacroWedgy worked like magic for me---after 2 solid weeks of sciatic pain!!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful After suffering with 2 weeks of constant sciatica pain (if you get this, you know over-the-counter pain meds don't even begin to stop the constant ache....), I ordered the SacroWedgy. After 20 minutes of laying on it, I did the tilts and yoga cat/cows recommended in the included instruction booklet and (OMG !!!) the pain down my leg was gone! The pain did want to start up again the next morning, but onto the SacroWedgy I went for 20 minutes, and again, like magic, the pain was gone for the rest of the day. I am a believer now, and I don't wait for the pain to start--I use the Wedgy each morning and the rest of the day is great!
p.s. Don't forget to do the described tilts after laying on the Sacrowedgy and before rolling to your knees to do the yoga cat/cows --they instantly relieve any stiffness that I get while laying on the SacroWedgy (that first tilt is a doozy though........)
