  Attempted to contact the seller about item not received and no tracking updates since label creation. Seller accosted me as a scammer and verbally abused me instead of trying to actually have a conversation with me when my claim was never about a refund. At one point told to me "Whatever you say little girl."

  Buyer chose for item to be shipped with standard envelope. He stated over message that he is aware that this service has little to no updates after the label is created. He stated that while he knows this, the tracking has not updated. Which he already knew it likely wouldn’t. Rather than asking if it was shipped, or when, he immediately insisted I provide proof it was shipped, knowing that sellers do not get any form of proof when sending envelopes. Seen this many times with the envelope option
