My 2nd Galaxy Tab S
3 of 3 found this helpful I have tried different tablets from Apple to Zenon. Samsung has replaced Nexus as my favorite.
The Samsung Amoled display is the brightest and clearest of any tablet I have used. My first was the 10.5 which is amazing for both function and clarity. I use it for reading and movie watching mostly. It is a little bit awkward because of its size. Not handy to carry, but great for desk top or lounge chair use. This new one, the Tab S 8.4" is very nearly perfect. It has the same fast processors, graphics, 3gb ram and cameras as the larger cousin and is much more easily carried. The16 gb model leaves about 12.6 gigs of storage after the operating system loads and is slotted for up to 128gbs of micro sb storage (not included). My only complaint is with the tendency of all manufacturers to load proprietary software (bloatware) on top of the already great Android operating system, but.... They ALL do it to some degree
