Direct Replacement battery?

This is supposed to be a direct replacement for a CP0660 battery. The CP0660 is 6V6AH/20HR. The Mighty max is 6V/4.5AH replacement. The device I put it in does not work anywhere near the level of the original battery. It does work but is seriously deficient.
