Well its a motherboard for the r410
I would recommend getting a whole r410 before purchasing a server motherboard, i got it to turn on because I am insane, and shorted it to turn it on every time, and although i abuse it still works

I get a hiss from the speaker but it's bc the thing is low quality, this DAC works well and does everything it needs to.

Original R410 PSU
nothing much to say, other than it works perfectly for what it's designed for and nothing else. The dell servers have proprietary PSU configurations so this is perfect for the R410 Mobo.
