Not Exactly OEM
It's not exactly OEM. The telescoping is not motorized and it doesn't fold in like the factory mirror. The mirror doesn't adjust up or out. It only adjusts at a 45 degree angle sort of down to the right or up to the left. It "looks" a lot like the OEM mirror. But that's about as far as it goes. It seems durable enough. I wish the "Power" portion of the listing clearly stated that it is not a fully powered fully functional mirror. It is a good value and so far it's durable. So I'd say, It's ok especially for the money. But it would be great if they would list that it is only about 50% of the functionality of an OEM mirror.

Much Better Than Expected
It isn't exactly like the OEM but for the price it's perfect! I was expecting it to leak or to not function properly. But it works as expected, it came quick and it works perfectly.
