Perfect shifter
2 of 2 found this helpful Bought a discounted item because package was ruined but included all parts brand new. Practiced shifting out of the box and this thing is robust with no slop, very confident shifts and trigger gives you peace of mind. Can't wait to install.

Good way to enhance the look of the 10th Gen Impala with the functionality of rain guards.
Fitment is 9/10 - gap the front and rear visors about 1/4 inch apart so that the front visor doesn't catch on the rear visor when the front door opens, less than that and there is a very small moment of contact
Finish is 8/10 - these are chromed plastic which has high luster and reflect like polished metal, they can scratch easily and there's some mold flashing along the top edge, there is a laser-etched logo which is copper in color, the shape is elegant and enhances the overall look of the car without being gaudy or blatant, it hangs down and sticks out just enough to function and definitely different from other in-channel variants that hang down 1.5" or more
Price is 7/10 - price is somewhat justified considering these are installed with the intention of staying on for as long as you have the car, and semi-permanent because you can remove them carefully, but also considering the finish and material and ugly etched branding, these could have and should have been closer to the $30-40 range instead of $60

Matches melonite and nitride coatings very well.
I had a chip in the dovetail of the front sight, bright metal was showing. Used some of this paint marker and it dried fast to a nice flat black finish. I'm sure it's durable enough.
