Tracking company was terrible..threw parcel from top driveway to nearly at front door..no wonder gifts are being claimed & stolen etc..seller didn't send tracking company and progress until I asked as parcel not arrived..

The floating mat that was delivered to me had a severe manufacturing fault. The first option I was given was a $10.00 discount. The second offer was a $20.00 refund or post the item back at my expense for them to refund me after receiving it. Do not buy a floating mat or any product from this seller if you can’t accept a faulty product with no support. Not expecting my $20.00 back now but worth it to warn others of this terrible EBay seller. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.
