Great book
I’ve been buying this book since I got my very first apartment in 2003 and friends and family always seem to get me to give it away. I’ve been thorough 4 books since then and had been thinking about the book for the past few months. I had no idea it had been updated with new content!! This book is great for single AND married ladies! I’m holding on to this one!

Great for my dads knees
1 of 1 found this helpful My dad has knee pain and a worker at Whole Foods recommended this. I only have him take two a day along with fish oil and the pain has improved. I really recommend these to anyone!
