  Quick shipping but the item was incorrect when it arrived. Seller noted he copy and pasted the description, so he refunded. But seller whined about how long the return took but it was still within Ebay’s 30 day. He should be complaining to ebay about their politices not the buyers.

  I believe it’s common respect between buyer and seller to return an item for requested refund ASAP. Buyer requested a refund which was issued and then held onto item for 3 weeks. My ”whining” with buyer is valid irregardless of the policies of ebay.
