Simple quick and easy
The product was delivered quickly and I installed it in minutes. It comes with a simple set of instructions and if you read and follow them, the installation is done in less than 3 minutes. Note: you will need a blind rivet tool for this.

Completely met my expectations
Well made gig bag with adequate padding for both instruments. I have only had this for 2 months but I expect it will provide years of service. It is well designed and made with good strong handles, heavy duty zippers and strap hardware.
