Beautiful!
This series of dvd's is spectacular. Everyone in my family is glued to the TV when I pop in one of the 5 DVD's. That includes my 2 year old and my husband who usually only watches sports. My 6 year old thinks is amazing. It is truly something everyone should own.

Warm up not for dummies
The toning exercises are great but I find the warm-up segments a little tricky. You actually have to be a bit co-ordinated to do them and, um, I'm not. This is why I bought 15 Minute Workouts for Dummies...
