Snake oil
The device features an offset alignment intended (in theory) to push your lower jaw forward. In reality, unless you have a pronounced under-bite the mouthpiece does little to resist the natural musculature of your jaw, so will be ill fitting and will not achieve the desired effect. Also, do not try to put the device in boiling water as the material quality is such that it will immediately warp the device rendering it useless. In short, only try this device if you have an existing under-bite because it will be complrely ineffectual with all other bite patterns.
