Is exactly what it claims to be
It's an original Samsung Chromebook charger. Works as expected.

Great for virtualization server
I got four of these to replace the 8-core 61xx Opterons in my virtualization server. I got them used, but they still run like new. Replacement was easy and I now have twice as many cores and many more features on chip.
