  Purchased and paid for item on 5/8/24. Item never shipped. Contacted seller after a week; no response. Contacted seller again after another week and again no response. Asked for help from eBay and only receive a refund after another week but no item and no reason for not filling the order. Terrible seller. Would give zero stars if possible. Buyer beware.

  I have tried SEVERAL times to contact the seller (Urban Brewers) about not receiving my order. They will not answer phone calls, respond to emails. I ordered 18 days ago. Their location is less than 200 miles from my home. eBay is now involved. I have ordered from this company in the past but NEVER again. I was waiting on this product and now it has probably cost me $50 because I am probably going to have to dump my wine batch because of this. Be very careful if dealing with them. BS.

  Awesome seller! The item arrived with a huge dent. The seller sent me a prepaid label to have it sent back for a replacement. This seller immediately sent me a new one. It arrived a couple of days later, I was shocked. I'm not used to receiving such great service like this from an eBay seller. I highly recommend this seller!
